Refining Our Frame (2007)

On October 18-19, 2007, the Fulfilling the Dream Fund convened at Preservation Park in Oakland, CA for "Refining Our Frame," the 1st National Convening of the Dream Fund network. This gathering successfully brought itogether over 90 people from 40 community based organizations and 12 private foundations working to expand opportunities for women and people of color in public education, public employment and contracting.
