Our Grantmaking Process

The Fulfilling the Dream Fund was created in 2004 as a five year grantmaking initiative to support affirmative action and other efforts that promote the full inclusion of people of color and women. As part of the initial design, the Dream Fund has transitioned into its capacity building and technical assistance phase. This means a primary emphasis is placed on providing technical assistance, capacity building and networking opportunities for grantee partners and donors.

At this time, the Dream Fund is by invitation only and will not respond to any unsolicited proposals.
