The role of the Fulfilling the Dream Fund Steering Committee is to oversee and guide the national activities of the Dream Fund and ensure that communication is being shared between regional and national philanthropic colleagues. To participate in the National Dream Fund, funders without geographic restrictions must contribute a minimum of $100,000.
Each Regional Consortium selects a single representative to attend National Dream Fund meetings, vote on behalf of the Consortium, and represent the Consortium at site visits and educational meetings.
