Report on Impacts of Prop 209 Released

The Insight Center for Community Economic Development released two reports on the effects of Proposition 209 in California on contracting and business development for people of color and women. The first report examines California’s 58 counties and largest cities in an attempt to identify strong and replicable contracting programs that have been able to maintain or increase public contracting opportunities for minority- and women-owned businesses. The second report provides an in-depth look at the City of Los Angeles' procurement program.
